One inbox, read by a person. Whatever you need, write to [email protected] and we'll get back to you.
What to write about
- Support and bugs. Something not working, a hotkey misbehaving, dictation landing in the wrong place — tell us what happened and which macOS version you're on. You can also send a report straight from the app: open Settings and use the feedback form, which includes the details we need to reproduce it.
- Licences and billing. Moving a licence to a new Mac, a payment question, or an invoice. Payments run through Paddle as our merchant of record; for anything on the payment itself, include the order email so we can find it.
- Refunds. See the refund policy first, then write to us and we'll sort it out.
- Privacy and data requests. To see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, write to the same address. We respond within 30 days. The privacy policy explains what we keep and why.
- Press and partnerships. Happy to help with a review or a story — reach out and say what you need.
[email protected] — English, Russian and Kazakh are all fine.
